WHAT ATTRACTED YOU THE MOST TO YOUR HUSBAND/WIFE?
I was most attracted to Jenn because she is a driven person and is very good with my son.
I was attracted to Scott because he was a committed family man and had a great sense of humor.
HOW DID HE PROPOSE? Scott: I hid the ring in a box and tricked her into looking into it.
WHAT INSPIRED YOUR VISION FOR YOUR WEDDING? Jenn: Tuscany and a vintage theme…Pintrest is awesome!
TELL US ABOUT FINDING YOUR VENUE:
Scott: Jenn was set on this place from day one. I agreed.
Jenn: I wanted a place that wasn’t a typical wedding venue and where you didn’t feel like you were in Central Fl.
WHAT WAS YOUR BIGGEST PLANNING CHALLENGE?
Scott: Having only 6 weeks to do it in.
Jenn: Ditto.
WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE DESIGN ELEMENT OF YOUR WEDDING? Jenn: I would have to say the venue it’s self because it didn’t need much outside help. I did love our Sand Ceremony picture box and our personalized wine bottles.
DID YOU HAVE ANY DIY DETAILS? Jenn: Personalized “Wheeler Wine” bottles, cake and cupcake stand that were spray painted our colors, table numbers that we printed and framed, wine cork name place card settings.
WHAT WAS THE MOST MEMORABLE MOMENT OF YOUR WEDDING DAY?
Jenn: The first look with Scott, it is a moment I’ll never forget!
Scott: First look at Jenn by ourselves before the wedding.
DESCRIBE YOUR CAKE: Jenn: It was an ombré taupe color scheme with the icing looking like weathered paper and bronze flower accents. The flavors were our favorite red velvet and then almond.
HOW WAS YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER?
Scott: Fantastic!! They were very attentive, creative, and diligent to get all the shots we wanted.
Jenn: We picked the best of the best! I was EXTREMELY happy with our engagement photos, and trusted them that they were going to give us the same creativity and quality wedding photos.
WHAT’S NEXT FOR YOU AND YOUR HUSBAND AS A COUPLE? We have a baby boy on the way! We are excitedly preparing for his arrival.
I’m thinking of a pregnancy photo shoot in the near future!!!
